In my previous blog post (

We introduced Kyodo Yushi's water-soluble cutting fluid "Multicool HPS-777,"
This time, we will introduce
some examples of successful hires .

In recent years, Kyodo Yushi Co., Ltd. has been focusing on the development of water-soluble cutting fluids.
Among them, the "
Multicool HPS-777 " is
This product combines high cutting performance with excellent secondary performance.
■Trial implementation in die steel processing
This time, we conducted a trial implementation at one of our customers' sites, targeting the processing of mold steel.
As a result, excellent results were obtained in both cutting performance and secondary performance.
One particularly significant effect observed was
the reduction in the amount of oil carried onto the processed products.
As the amount of lubricant carried away decreased, the amount of cutting fluid replenished also decreased.
This led to a reduction in the amount of oil used and a decrease in running costs.
Furthermore, "Multicool HPS-777" offers cutting performance comparable to emulsion-type coatings in aluminum processing, while also possessing the superior secondary properties unique to soluble coatings.
This product offers not only superior cutting performance but also advantages in terms of lubrication usage and management.
■We will introduce detailed recruitment cases.
We have prepared a document summarizing the processing conditions and evaluation results for this trial implementation.
For details on actual case studies, please see the document below.
